State Paid Family and Medical Leave Laws
Oregon has enacted a Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (PFMLI) program which will go into effect on September 3, 2023. Colorado has also enacted a Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI) which will become effective on January 1, 2024.
